I am of the firm conviction that diversity and Inclusive Business leads to better products, and we’re all about making products that enrich people’s lives, hence an IB company must put a ton of energy behind this as it is truly important. Inclusive Business is the soul of Corporate Social Responsibility and it is measured in terms of businesses improving conditions for their employees, shareholders, communities, and environment. Our moral responsibility extends to the need for corporations to address fundamental ethical issues such as inclusion, dignity, and equality.

My Pledge
1. Policy advisory support:
Amru is committed to provide policy advise to ASEAN member State regarding the development and adoption of policies and strategies to promote Inclusive Business, as well as design policy instrument and IB coaching services, particularly focused on Cambodia as our home state. We will pursue promotional activities with young entrepreneurs in the form of speaking out on IB significance and merits, focused on our IB model. WE will also advocate IB in business fora and cooperation platforms. We commit to nurture the best talent, increase employee engagement, and improve customer willingness to buy IB products and services. We commit to ensuring that our top management position themselves as champion for business diversity and inclusivity initiatives. We place IB as the core ingredient in the design and execution of business strategy and embedded in the activities of the company day in, day out; put IB objectives and key results in our business plan to encourage and incentivize meaningful IB outcomes; and to pivot from human resources training to IB leadership development coaching.
2. Inclusive and sustainable business development:
We pledge that leading management staff of Amru Company would provide technical assistance in the form of informative speaking and mentoring engagements with other business and agricultural suppliers in Cambodia. Our platform of Agricultural Summit conducted each year shall be used to promote and widen support to IB. We will integrate IB in cooperation platforms with government, private sector and Impact Investors and will include it as a framework for future business plans.
3. Access to finance:
Amru commits to encouraging our Impact Investors to include IB screening models when preparing business agreements, such as inclusion of sustainabilityand ESG indicators; developing and improving on our company's own ESG compliance; and sharing risk screening and reduction measures with our regional linkages.
4. ASEAN Inclusive Business Knowledge hub/centre:
Amru company commits to developing internal capacity for IB impact measuring and management. These trained staff would be available as resources to developing a pool of IB trainers and mentors in the region. Amru company and its sister Cambodia Agricultural Cooperatives Consortium (CACC) will make effort to access financing that can be used to improve on IB knowledge hub, including committing to sharing accessed resources beyond Cambodia and into the ASEAN region. Our company will diligently document successful practices and impact of the IB model to share it to other IB advocates in the ASEAN region.
